HBB & HbbTV in the MHP Environment

The Spanish City of Alcazar de San Juan organized its annual conference on Digital Television in October 2009. The city has been testing a number of Digital TV and interactive projects over the last 3 to 4 years. In Spain such projects are called “digital islands” projects and are an important step towards a fully digital broadcasting system.

At the 2009 conference Anthony Smith-Chaigneau presented an overview of Hybrid Broadcast Broadband solutions from the MHP perspective.
